SERVICE CONTRACTS |
Annual service agreements are an easy way for your
company to fix their costs of printing. We offer
maintenance plans designed around your needs. All of
our plans come with our "four hour guarantee". We
respond to all of our calls withing four hours. Let us
know if you have an emergency and we'll have someone right
there. Some of the plans we offer are:
- The "All of the above plan"
- This plan includes "everything" and is usually
based upon a CPP (cost per page). We parts,
labor, toners, fusers, rollers, staples, i.e. all
consumable items. You provide the paper and
the content.
- The "Keep me running plan"
- We cover all your maintenance costs, you pay
nothing for parts and labor. You are
responsible for the costs associated with running
the unit, i.e. toners, fusers, staples, paper, etc.
