OUR TONER CARTRIDGES
STANDARD MANUFACTURING PROCEDURES

Only virgin cartridges are used in the recycling process.

All empty cartridges are inspected and cleaned by trained personnel.

OPC drums are replaced with NEW premium long-life OPC drum.

Wiper blades are replaced with NEW blades.

Developing system is replaced.

Any worn components are replaced (UP TO 100%).

All cartridges are post tested in printers for print quality and must pass intense QC inspection.

Cartridges are built using the Toyota system to ensure maximum quality and accountability.

All cartridges are backed by a 100% guarantee.

All toner and components are carefully researched in our state of the art lab and pre-tested for optimum performance resulting in yield and print density readings that meet or exceed OEM standards.

WARRANTY
All toner cartridges are 100% tested prior to leaving our facility to ensure that they are free of defects in material and workmanship.  However, we will honor requests for defective product replacement/credit for up to 1 year from date of purchase on all laser toner products.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee that subject to normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, printer wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers or copiers.  In the event that our cartridges do cause damage to your printer, we will cover the cost of repair or the fair market replacement of the printer, with proper documentation.

 

LIABILITY

Any cartridge that is greater than 80% empty based on weight will not receive a credit or replacement.  All non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping charges that were incurred.  No credit or refund will be issued until the returns are received and processed.  Any cartridge that has been abused or tampered with will not be accepted.
